TechXplosion offers two days of training for church technical workers. The classes specialize in audio, video, lighting, and leadership skills for the modern house of worship. Along with the hands-on design, mixing, and installation workshops.

Armando Fullwood

During 28 years as a Designer and Engineer, some of Armando’s accomplishments include the design and management of more than 560 projects nationally and internationally for broadcast churches, multi-site applications and video venue sites. Armando serves as the front-of-house engineer for some of the leading worship artists in the country like Israel and New Breed and Ricardo Sanchez. Armando’s extensive experiences include work for internationally and nationally known artists and ministries.

Luke Vogel

Venueflex, Former Lead Audio Engineer for church of the highlands.

Over the past 17 years, Luke has served as the Lead Audio Engineer and Audio Director for Church of the Highlands. When Luke joined the staff team in 2005, Highlands had one location—a portable set-up in a high school auditorium—with 3 Sunday services and an average attendance of 2,000. Highlands now has 23 campuses with a weekly Sunday attendance of over 60,000. Luke has mixed and trained volunteers in church audio settings on every level, from portable campuses to state-of-the-art facilities.

Andrew Disnbeer

WAVE, former Lighting Director for Bethel Worship

Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge when it comes to modern lighting in worship environments. As a lighting designer with Bethel Music, Andrew will teach how he uses intelligent and theatrical lighting to build an experience that engages audiences and leads them to better worship. 

Greg Simon

Sennheiser

Greg Simon is a member of Sennheiser’s Customer Development and Application Engineering team for the Americas region. He has been designing audio and wireless microphone systems in the Pro Audio industry for over 14 years. Projects include full A/V system design and project management for large scale clubs, recording studios, house of worship and corporate environments. Greg has also begun training in the Sennheiser global RF expert program. This program specializes on wireless microphone technologies and application.

Mark Quattrochi

Lead Pastor - The Chapel

Pastor Mark Q. and his wife Trish planted theChapel along with some families, in January of 2010. Since then they have outgrown their Tarpon Springs facility and moved the church to its new location in Trinity. As a former music producer pastor “Q” has always had a vision for excellence within the audience experience. In 2019 theChapel partnered with a ministry-centric company Venueflex. The partnership provided world-class acoustical and control systems for the venue.

Tom Stanziano

With over 30 years of experience in the lighting industry, Tom has worked with Celebrity and Disney Cruises and Opryland USA Theme Park. In 2001 Tom became part of Lakewood Church and Joel Osteen Ministries. Tom was able to be a part of the lighting design team with veteran Bill Klages and served as lighting director for over 8 years. He has also worked for SeaChanger, 4Wall & Philips. Tom currently serves as the Eastern Regional Systems Sales Manager for Signify (formerly Philips Entertainment Lighting.

Michael Cooley

Mainline Marketing

Michael is an Audio Engineer with 18+ years in the industry. Growing from a musical background, his work experiences has taken him everywhere from studio production to live sound reinforcement, audio for sports and entertainment broadcast, and most recently into audio post production and sound design for TV and the gaming industry. Michael is now the Business Development Manager at Mainline Marketing. He represents companies like Allen & Heath, Barco, Shure, and QSC.

Driven by a true passion for technologies in music, audio, video, and entertainment lighting Burt has represented some of the world’s leading manufacturers. Over the past 30 years, RT Sales has severed as factory representatives for Sennheiser, Neumann, EAW, Crest, Whirlwind, Absen, and more. Burt brings a wealth of knowledge in the professional audio and video markets. 

Ryan Kindle

Growing up in a family of sports and television broadcasting Ryan has 20+ years of experience in his blood. Ryan has worked with CBS Sports but also has served as the Media Director of Tampa’s Idlewild Baptist Church for 12 years. Ryan is an excellent resource in helping churches build and develop their Broadcasting and production teams. 

Rick Greenlee

Technical Resource Group

With the birth of TechXplosion in the late 1990s, Rick Greenlee has been a well-known face to many of those who have attended. With over 40 years of industry experience, Rick has served as the production director for Christian Television Network among many other positions, before founding Technical Resource Group in the late 80s. Designing and building some of the country’s largest churches Rick has a wealth of knowledge with the church and commercial markets. 

Gary Apple

Gary is no new face to those who’ve attended techxplosion in the past as he’s served as the TRG brand ambassador for the past 12 conferences. Gary has been a part of the house of worship technical scene for well over 25 years. A studio engineer at heart, Gary has mixed for several Christian artists such as Travis Cottrel, Charles Billingsley, Brett Younker, Meredith Andrews, and the Booth Brothers. Gary also served as the technical director at Clearwater’s Calvary Baptist Church for 19 years. 

Nick Groseibl

Calvary Church

Nick serves as the Production Director for one of Clearwater’s largest multi-site churches. For over 40 years, Calvary has utilized video to help communicate the gospel to the greater Tampa Bay area, Central Florida, and around the world via its internet broadcast and televised services. As an early adopter of the simulcast multi-site strategy; Calvary’s team helped in the development of many systems including The Church Online Platform. Nick’s team was at the forefront of helping partnering churches get online during the COVID-19 pandemic.
